    great location

    The intercontinental had such friendly staff, especially bilal at check-in who made everything easy. The spa was fantastic too, with amazing treatments that left me feeling relaxed. It's also near good spots, made exploring effortless.

    Cable channels, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk in the room, perfectly comfortable location. Great, satisfactory breakfast with good taste, had good food.

    A little dusty room; not so good views.

    Location was very close to Rainbow Street and walking distance to Books at Cafe and RnB Diner.

    For the price, breakfast should be included. Stayed at less expensive hotels in Petra and the Dead Sea during this trip where breakfast was included.

    The rooftop restaurant's vibrant atmosphere, accompanied by live music during dinner . The friendly staff were always eager to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

    Hotel was fine, however very over priced. When I checked out, the person was very rude and refused to give me my receipt. I had to request this through the manager. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    Consider rethinking alcohol pricing, a thicker duvet would be appreciated for colder days!!! The pool area definitely needs some serious maintenance to really attract guests and make it more enjoyable!!!

    Resturants were excellent.Christmas Decoration was so nice and Elegant. Gym and indoor swimming pool are great. Fast services with laundry and other stuff.

    I booked a room with extra bed, while arrived in the hotel , I requested to cancle the extra bed, they refused and told that is related to your booking with www.Booked.net and you have to call them, I don't believe this is true, and they brought me the bed and charged me. One day of my stay the complimantry fruit dish brought to us ws used (very bad).

    More pros than cons, but still.

    The staff were helpful and friendly! Breakfast was a good mix of local and western cuisines.

    Unfortunately, the room was outdated and lacked basic amenities such as proper shower temperature control.
